It's has been our goal at Suncoast Framing Company, Inc. to provide our builders and developers with great services. Many of our clients see the advantage in using only one framing company to complete their entire project. Ed Solis founded Sun Coast Framing Company, Inc. after years of experience in every aspect of framing construction from journeyman carpenter, to estimmater, job forman, finally becoming became a General Superintendent for another framing company. His ongoing effort to improve quality and the production process from one project to another is what gives substance to the company motto of “Building Tomorrow’s Way…Today”. Mr. Solis is a firm believer of employing new ideas to increase quality and production. “If it works keep using it; if not try something else." To this date Suncoast Framing Company, Inc. has managed to hold onto great workers and loyal clients with improvements in service, effeciency, quality, safety and the working enviornment.

Commitment To Safety...
Our proven track record and commitment to safety goes beyond industry standards. We own all of our exterior roof scaffolding, fall protection, stair and open loft railings which contribute to a safe and productive work environment for our employees and clients.
A full time certified CAL OSHA Certified Safety coordinator is employed ensuring compliance with all CAL OSHA requirements. Each project is inspected for safety compliance as well as training and certification for both Gradall and Pneumatic tools. Our On Site Safety Program also includes:
- 'Tailgate' Safety Meetings every 10 days addressing specific safety issues unique to each jobsite.
- In addition we supply 4' by 8' trash bins for every 4th house to ensure the job is safe and clean at all times.
- Suncoast supplies the Safety Boot Guardrail system [www.safetyboot.com].
- For roofs we provide conventional components scaffold from Jax Scaffolding System [www.jaxscaffold.com].
Community Service...
Community Service is a long standing tradition at Suncoast Framing Company, Inc. We were a proud sponsor a local student, Angel Araiza on his recent journey traveling by bicycle across North America to raise funds for and awareness of affordable housing efforts. Over the last few years, along with our partners Crestwood Corporation and Damiens Tijuana Mission Club, we have enjoyed the rewards of participating in the building of two churches, three houses, and six classrooms for the needy people of Tijuana. Our contribution was in the form of design, blueprinting, lumber materials and building supplies. We are looking forward to continuing this successful endeavor of improving and helping this community. Being in the construction industry Suncoast Framing Company is proud to help a good cause.
